After graduating from Heritage High School, Owen spent his college years at Syracuse University, where he studied broadcast and digital journalism in the renowned Newhouse School of Public Communications, before earning a Masters degree in social media, culture, and society from the University of Westminster. Leesburg, Va. — During her freshman and sophomore seasons, Tuscarora guard Isabellah Middleton played alongside her older sister, Kennedy. In both of her first two high school seasons, Middleton earned All-LoCo honorable mention nominations while her sister Kennedy earned first team honors. Then in 2018-2019, Middleton got an opportunity to shine on her own, taking her game to the next level. Purcellville, Va. — With less than two minutes left in the first half of their VHSL Region 5C semifinal against Briar Woods, the Woodgrove High School football team faced a 4th-and-8 from the Falcons’ 21 yard line.
