Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2017-2018 All-LoCo boys swimming team. Loudoun Valley High School junior Sean Conway has been named Swimmer of the Year. Briar Woods High School head coach Eric Bateman has been named Coach of the Year. The Briar Woods High School 200-yard medley relay team — sophomore Jack Moore, senior Thomas Moore, junior Will Reilly and senior Cameron McConagha — was named Relay of the Year.
