Loudoun County, Va. – The Cedar Run District has selected its all-district team for volleyball. Patriot High School senior Dryden Rancourt was named Player of the Year. Battlefield High School head coach Abby Mills and Patriot High School head coach Katie Moore were named co-Coaches of the Year.
