Loudoun County, Va. – The Cedar Run District has selected its all-district team for girls lacrosse. Freedom High School senior Rachel Koeneke and Patriot High School senior Katelyn Sullivan were named co-Players of the Year. Battlefield High School head coach Mary Kugler was named Coach of the Year.
