Loudoun County, Va. – The VHSL Region 4C has selected its all-region team for girls basketball. Tuscarora High School senior Isabellah Middleton and James Wood High School senior Makayla Firebaugh were named Co-Players of the Year. Loudoun Valley High School head coach Bill Reynolds and Millbrook High School head coach Erick Green were named Co-Coaches of the Year.
